REAL NAME: Wally Prescott
ORIGIN: Wally Prescott was a twenty-two year old college senior, heartbroken over a recent break-up, walking the city streets in sadness when he was struck by lightning. Instead of killing him, the blast somehow gave Wally the ability to move at incredible speeds. He has since utilized this new ability to fight crime under the guise of Blue Lightning.

POWERS: While the blast of lightning gave Blue Lightning the ability to move at remarkable speeds, his other attributes remained mostly the same. His is as smart, durable, and strong as he ever was. He is, however, capable of moving at speeds near, or faster than, the speed of light. The true limits of his speed remain untested. It’s possible Wally could move fast enough to blast through time itself.
