ORIGIN: Christopher Gatling was a regular kid, from a regular town. When a girl he had a crush on was about to be hit by a truck carrying radioactive materials, he shoved her out of the way and was ran over himself. The accident took his legs, but transformed the lower half of his body into a whirlwind of black tornado-like air.

POWERS: While Cruisers physical abilities are enhanced in every way, it is the tornado of energy encompassing his lower half that is his most remarkable ability. The tornado enables him to fly at incredible speeds. He can also use it as a weapon, the force of the tornado is capable of breaking bones, tossing enemies, binding them as well.
