REAL NAME: Julius Randall
ORIGIN: For a period of time Julius Randall was considered one of the smartest, most promising men working in medicine. His techniques were legendary, garnering him some measure of acclaim across the industry and a fair amount of wealth. Unfortunately, Julius became annoyed with the various laws regarding who and what he could experiment on. Believing they were limiting what he could accomplish, Julius used his extensive wealth to move to an small island in the Pacific where he could do what he wanted to whomever he wanted, whenever he wanted.

POWERS: Dr. Randall has no superpowers of which to speak. In fact, from a purely physical standpoint, he’s rather unimpressive. His wealth however, gives him opportunity, and his incredible intelligence makes him enormously dangerous.
