REAL NAME: Jackson Davis
ORIGIN: Born a poor boy on the streets of Chicago in the 1960’s, Jackson Davis found himself immersed in a world in which he was considered a second-class citizen for nothing more than the color of his skin. He discovered his amazing abilities when he was a teenager and opted to keep them secret for the majority of his life, fearing what might happen to his family if they were revealed. Eventually, when the death of a local boy pushed  him too far, Jackson decided to step up and use his abilities to clean up his streets.

POWERS: While Jive is basically a completely normal man, he becomes super-normal when listening to music. For some reason the beats cause his flesh to thicken, muscles to grow, and give him super-human strength.  As long as there is music playing all of Jive’s natural abilities are enhanced. When the music stops, so do his powers.
