REAL NAME: Thomas Tico
ORIGIN: When he was twenty-one Thomas Tico found himself a part-time internship at a local science lab. He didn’t know anything about science and had no interest in learning. He did it for the credits. Thought it would be easy. One day, while attempting to impress a female coworker, Thomas decided to chug an experimental drug. Thomas wasn’t that smart. For some reason the drug granted him the amazing ability to shrink and regrow at will.

POWERS: Time Tom has the incredible ability to shrink and regrow to his actual size at will. While shrinking he is able to maintain his strength and overall mass, making him nearly as powerful as a speaking bullet when very tiny. The  drug also improved his strength, speed, stamina, as well as his intelligence – which wasn’t much to speak of originally.
