ORIGIN: Mark’s childhood pal and closest friend, Mike was doing his best to come to terms with the fact that his best friend had suddenly become the most powerful human being on the planet when he was mortally wounded by Matt Mattney. Unwilling to allow the boy die, Earth God defied his superiors and bestowed Mike with a Heavenly power of his own.Reborn as Folder Man, Mike now has to find a way to come to terms with what he’s become and what his future might hold.

POWERS: Because of the nature of his creation, the true extent of Folder Man’s ability are currently unknown. In theory, he has all the powers of Pen Man, enhanced strength, speed. hearing, and reflexes, as well as the ability to fly, and survive in the vacuum of space. He can also shoot energy projectiles from his limbs, or more focused blasts from his folder. Similar to Pen Man, he is relatively new to his powers and still struggling to understanding their true extent and use.
